Hello there!
My name is Paria Dai Herrmann. I've always been passionate about understanding the complexities of human mind and its impact on behavior. Helping people becoming the best version of themselves also brought me joy and fulfillment. That's why I chose Psychology as my field of study both for my bachelor's at University of Washington and Master's degree at Columbia University.
Later, I discovered my fascination with coaching, a profession that resonated deeply with my values of continuous self-development, self-improvement, relentless pursuit of knowledge, and lifelong learning. I realized how powerful coaching is, allowing me to empower individuals on their unique path of growth and transformation.

My Story
I want to share a bit more about my background. A decade ago, I immigrated to the United States, which has profoundly shaped who I am today. Coming to a new country at a young age and from a diverse multicultural background has given me a unique sense of empathy, understanding, and resilience when it comes to navigating change.

I understand firsthand the challenges of adapting to a new culture, learning a new language, and building a life in a foreign land. I have experienced the excitement of embracing new opportunities, as well as the difficulties of leaving behind familiar surroundings and loved ones. These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for diversity, a willingness to embrace different perspectives, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for others.

As an immigrant, I have had to face various obstacles and overcome them with determination and perseverance. I understand the importance of resilience and adaptability when confronted with change. I believe that every individual has their unique journey, and I am here to support you in yours, regardless of where you come from or the challenges you may face.

My multicultural background has allowed me to develop a broad perspective on life, and I value the richness that comes from embracing different cultures and backgrounds. I celebrate diversity and believe that it is a powerful force that can bring people together, fostering understanding and mutual respect.

So, as we embark on this journey together, you can be assured that I bring not only empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental support but also a deep appreciation for the complexities of navigating change, overcoming obstacles, and embracing diversity. Your story is important, and I am here to help you embrace it, grow from it, and thrive.

During the pandemic, I experienced a significant shift in my life that led me to discover my sense of purpose, passion, and calling. I recognized my deep fascination with Psychology in 2012, which had driven me to pursue my undergraduate degree from University of Washington in that field . I obtained my master's degree in Social Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, further solidifying my knowledge and understanding of human behavior and mental processes.
I have always been passionate about psychology because it offers insights into the complexities of the human mind and behavior.

Coaching became the perfect avenue for me to connect with my passion, leverage my personal strengths, and apply my academic background. It allows me to combine my knowledge of Psychology with my natural inclination to be that wise friend whom people turn to for guidance.
From a young age, I have always been the person others seek out for advice and support, and it brings me immense joy to be able to provide a safe, encouraging and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, feelings, and aspirations.

I am truly honored to be a part of your growth journey, and I look forward to accompanying you as you navigate life's challenges, embrace your strengths, and unlock your full potential. Remember, coaching is a powerful resource that can help you thrive, and I am here to guide you every step of the way.
